Continuing Education

To renew your journeyman certificate, the state requires a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education, 8 hours of which need to be code instruction. Your other 8 hours may be additional code or industry related.

Our continuing education classes offer code based instruction and are suitable for all 16 hours of your requirements for JP, JG, JPG, JR, JSM, JS, or JPF renewal.

EE98J, ER-1J, ES-3J and ES-7J can take our 8 hour NEC course, and then use our Business Practices course for their additional 8 hours.
